MoveinBoxes offers local Brisbane delivery, pickup from Coopers Plains, and can assist with some custom delivery requests outside our standard delivery area.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery across selected Brisbane and surrounding areas.
Our delivery zones are based on postcodes, not exact address distance. Because some postcodes cover a large area, the zone applied at checkout may not always reflect the exact driving distance to your address.
Some postcodes are excluded from standard local delivery, including areas requiring ferry access. If your postcode is excluded, or you are outside our standard delivery zones, please contact us. In some cases we can arrange a custom quote for larger interstate orders, metro deliveries outside our normal zones, or urgent/special delivery requests.
Standard Local Delivery Rates
Delivery pricing is based on your postcode delivery zone and your total order value excluding delivery fees.

*Weekend delivery guarantee applies to eligible Brisbane delivery areas within the 20km and 30km zones only.
Standard Delivery Timing
We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, however timing may vary depending on scheduling, order volume, and location.
For eligible Brisbane delivery areas, order by 4pm Thursday for guaranteed delivery before the weekend*
Orders placed earlier in the week may be delivered sooner where scheduling allows.
Priority Next Business Day Delivery
Priority next business day delivery is available for selected Brisbane delivery areas only.

Priority Delivery Conditions
- Available only within 30km
- Order must be placed by 12pm (Monday to Friday)
- Delivery may occur the following business day between 7am and 7pm
- Subject to scheduling and capacity
If you are outside the 30km priority area but need urgent delivery, please contact us before ordering. If we have capacity, we may still be able to help.
Large Orders / Custom Delivery Requests
If you are placing a larger order outside our standard delivery policy, please contact us for a customised quote.
Depending on the order, we may be able to assist using our own team, courier providers, or removalist/logistics contacts.
Local Pick-Up
Pick-up is available by prior arrangement from:

For pick-up orders placed online, you’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is ready to collect.
Pick-ups must be completed during the following hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9am–4pm
- Saturday: 9am–12pm
If you would prefer to purchase directly from the depot rather than ordering online first, this is also available. We do recommend contacting us before attending so we can confirm stock availability and ensure someone is available to assist.
Some items, including larger TV boxes, are bulky even when flat packed. Please check product dimensions before selecting pickup to ensure your vehicle is suitable. If your vehicle is not suitable at the time of collection, we may be able to arrange delivery for an additional charge.
Delivery Notes
- Delivery fees apply per order, not per item
- Delivery zones are based on postcodes
- Some postcode areas may be excluded due to ferry or access limitations
- Most local deliveries are completed by our team, but we may use another delivery provider where required
- If no one is home, we may leave the order in a safe location where possible
- If redelivery is required, additional charges may apply
- Delivery timeframes may be affected by weather, traffic, public holidays, and operational capacity
