Brisbane Delivery
We deliver moving boxes and packing supplies across selected Brisbane and surrounding areas.
Delivery pricing is based on your postcode and order value, excluding delivery fees. Availability and pricing are shown at checkout where applicable.
If your address is outside our standard delivery zones, or you need an urgent, large or special delivery request, please contact us before ordering. We may be able to provide a custom quote.

Delivery Area Notes
Delivery zones are based on postcode rather than exact driving distance. Some postcodes cover a large area, so the zone shown at checkout may not always reflect the exact distance to your address.
Certain areas, including locations requiring ferry access, may be excluded from standard local delivery.
Delivery Timing
We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, although delivery timing can vary depending on order volume, scheduling and location.
For eligible Brisbane delivery areas, place your order by 4pm Thursday for guaranteed delivery before the weekend. Weekend delivery guarantee applies to eligible Brisbane delivery areas within the 20km and 30km zones only.*
Orders placed earlier in the week may be delivered sooner where scheduling allows.
Priority Next Business Day Delivery
Priority next business day delivery is available for selected Brisbane delivery areas.

Local Pick-Up - Coopers Plains
Local pick-up is available by prior arrangement from:
236 Musgrave Road, Coopers Plains QLD 4108
Pick-up hours:

Monday to Friday: 9am-4pm

Saturday: 9am-12pm
For online pick-up orders, we will email you once your order is ready to collect.
You are also welcome to purchase directly from the depot. Please contact us before attending so we can confirm stock availability and ensure someone is available to assist.
Finding our pickup location
MoveinBoxes pickup is from our Coopers Plains warehouse at 236 Musgrave Road.
Please wait until you receive your order-ready email before attending. The warehouse premises currently display SmartWay Storage signage, so look for those signs when you arrive.
We will send detailed pickup instructions and a location map with your collection confirmation.

Large Flat-Packed Items
Some products, including larger TV moving boxes and bike boxes, are bulky even when supplied flat-packed.
Please check the product dimensions before selecting local pick-up to make sure your vehicle is suitable. If your vehicle is not suitable when you arrive, we may be able to arrange delivery for an additional charge.
